19:00H: Slalom
Place: L’Aigüerola Slalom Course in Sort. Nerve centre of the district capital town.
Individual timed race consisting of a course with green gates paddling forward and red gates paddling against the flow.
The main goal is finishing in the shortest possible time without touching the gates. Each time a gate is touched there will be a 5 second penalty; not going through one of the gates means a 50-second penalty.
A correct performance of a gate is when the heads of all the participants on the boat have gone through the interior of the gate.
