Barcelona: take the A-2 to exit 517 to the L-303 heading Agramunt/Cervera N, continues towards the C-14 following the signs to Isona / Tremp, Sort and Rialp.

Girona: go towards Vic and pass by Manresa, Calaf, Tora, Ponts, Tremp, Sort and Rialp.

Tarragona: go towards Reus until the A-2 to Lleida, from here to Balaguer, Tremp, Sort and Rialp
